Vehicle Licence Disc Renewal Terms and Conditions. By accepting the following,it means you agree to the terms and conditions set out by Kgosi-Thotobolo

1.Kgosi-Thotobolo will do its utmost best to assist with the renewal but cannot know upfront the following information on the vehicle licence disc being renewed.

1.1Vehicle license being blocked by AARTO enforcement order,vehicle licence where CRW is required.(Roadworthy state of vehicle)

2.Kgosi-Thotobolo cannot be held responsible if re-issuing of your license disc is blocked due to AARTO Enforcement orders or other outstanding vehicle licences.If you are not sure if you have any outstanding enforcement orders please visit the AARTO website .www.aarto.gov.za .

2.1.Disc is blocked from being printed if there is an enforcement order or expired disc of another vehicle.We will try our utmost best to handle the situation in the following way.

2.1.1Ask authorities to give us the amount and registration number blocking it and we can send you an additional invoice.

2.1.1(a)Once paid the block will be lifted and we can pay and deliver the disc.If it was the expired licences of other vehicle blocking it we will get your additional disc printed and deliver as well.

2.1.2Should the authorities refuse to give us details then you will be responsible to visit and pay the outstanding amount on other vehicle and our initial service fee charge will still be applied.

3.Invoice has to be settled in full before the licence disc will be delivered.

4.No refunds can be done on a licence disc transaction once the licence has been processed and paid for.

5.Once the vehicle licence has been processed and paid,it cannot be cancelled.

6.Please allow for at least seven working days for the delivery of your new licence disc/s.
